It means PawKeen never takes a percentage of what brands pay creators — ever. If you close a $5,000 campaign through a brand you found on PawKeen, you keep $5,000. We don't invoice you, we don't track off-platform payments, and there's no "success fee" hidden in the fine print. PawKeen makes money from brand subscriptions and Pro creator subscriptions — not from skimming your deals.

When you claim your brand page, you get 30 days of full Brand plan access — no credit card required. You can search the creator directory, send collab pitches, and access competitor intelligence during the trial. At the end of 30 days you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue. If you don't, your brand page stays live but search and intelligence features are locked.

When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront: A$84/year for Pro (vs A$108 monthly = save A$24) and $948/year for Brand (vs $1,188 monthly = save $240). You're charged once on signup, then again 12 months later. Annual plans can be cancelled — you'll keep access until the end of the paid period but won't be charged again.

Yes, cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts. If you cancel Brand, your brand page stays live but creator search and intelligence features are removed at the end of your billing period. Your creator profiles and past brand links remain visible. If you cancel Pro, you revert to Free — your media kit stays live, your past brands remain linked, and you keep your directory listing. You never lose your profile or data.

We offer a 7-day full refund for any paid plan if you're not satisfied, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future billing. For annual plans where a monthly charge has been made in error, contact support within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout for Australian customers. We issue a valid AU tax invoice for every payment, which you can use for business tax purposes. If you need invoices reissued or have GST registration questions, contact our support team.

Yes. Some pet businesses are also content creators — a premium dog food brand might also run an Instagram account with genuine pet content. You can have both a Brand page and a Creator media kit under the same account. The Brand plan and Pro plan are separate subscriptions — if you want both, you pay for both. Contact support for bundle pricing if you need both regularly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Australian bank transfers for annual plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We don't store card details on our servers. For enterprise or agency billing via purchase order, contact our sales team.
